Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suspicious of heart failure.

One of the complications of 'hole' in the heart (septal defect) is heart failure which is manifested by swollen limbs, difficulty in breathing, fatigue, etcetera.

You are advised to consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
