Could Sudden Numbness In Body With Blurred Vision Indicate Mini Seizure?

I had some sort of attack the other day and I m not sure what it was. I was sitting with friends smoking hookah which I ve done often, i had eaten before and had some sweet tea to drink. I had gotten up to go inside and felt fine than all ofa sudden i lose all control of my body, my legs turn into jello and i find myself having blurred vision and not sure what is going on around me. I had to sit down and put my head down for it to stop. It probably only lasted two minutes? One of my EMT friends are saying it was a mini seizure

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your Vitamin B12 levels should be checked as well. Get an EEG done for seizures. Yes, it can be anything from a mini-stroke or a seizure.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. H. Kay, General & Family Physician
