Could Smoking Lead To White Patches On Tongue?

I am 30 years old and have developed whitish affect on my tongue. Also see some small bumps at the back of my tongue. I do have habit of smoking but don't smoke much (3-4 cigarettes / day). I don't have any idea what is it. Could you please help me understand this?

Hello,
Whitish lump at the back of the tongue are normal. They are the normal tongue papillae.
Whitish tongue might be because of the fungal infection and that needs to be treated . You could do gargles with diluted betadine three times a day.
Gargle are taking meals with water.
Try to avoid smoking.
In doubt do reply
