Could Milky Discharge From Nipples And Increase In Size Be Due To Pregnancy?
i have been dripping white milky discharge started today and my nipples i noticed are bigger and a slight darker than normal and i haven't started my menstrual cycle and also i feel i have started my period but its just alot of discharge coming out what does this mean? im pregnant?

Missing a period is the cardinal sign of pregnancy. If along with missed period your breasts are engorged, secreting milk, the nipples & areola have become darker and areola has increased in size, this is strongly suggesting that you are pregnant. However, there is a rule that pregnancy is never diagnosed on symptoms only as they can appear due to some other causes also. Hence, please confirmed the pregnancy by urine test. Beta hCG tests are very specific and sensitive and will give you more reliable results.

I understood your concern and My opinion is that milky discharge from nippple and increase in breast size is not a sign of pregnacy, it can be due to hormonal changes like increasing in prolactin hormone/heavy exercise etc.
you should do urine pregnacy test with velocit kit for confirmation of pregnancy if you have missed your period and 5 days have passed from due date
