Could Light Vaginal Spotting Along With Abdominal Cramps Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I d like to first start off with saying that me and my husband have been sexually active for the past two to three weeks now, we haven t been trying for a baby but we re not not trying if you understand what I m saying there. The other day I went to use the bathroom and along with my urine there was a strand of blood. I also had period like cramps but in a more vicious rate, they weren t persistent but would come and go then just quit. Could this be a possible sign of conception or just a common UTI or yest infection?

Dear HCM user here is your Physician to help you out after carefully reviewing your case. I have a vast experience in treating patients like this and in my expert opinion you are not pregnant. and if you need to check that do dipstick urine pregnancy test or Beta hCG Blood done in lab.
If you are not planning a baby then my opinion is to use barrier contraception(A CONDOM). WHY TO HAVE AN UNWANTED PREGNANCY AND WORRY AFTERWARDS. PLAN WISELY PLEASE.
