Could Increased Heart Rate And Pain In Arms Be Due To Bypass Surgery Or From Medications?

After my husband's single bypass and his 86 years of age he has sometimes gotten a high heart rate and aches in both arms. If that a side effect after his surgery? Could it be from his medications:
furosemide 40 mg
atorvastatin 80 mg
klor-con M20
Attenolol 80 mg.
