First, do u have pelvic fracture. what does the xray pelvis AP view suggest. Pelvic injuries with history of bleeding per urethra increases the likelihood of urethral or bladder injury. Second, How is ur voiding. Can u pass urine in adequate amount with blood mixed in it or u void in drops with bleeding per urethra. In the first case there can be bladder injury and will require cystogram to rule out the if it is intra or extra peritoneal injury. In the second type, u may have urethral injury with possibly full bladder. U will require RGU to assess if it is partial or complete injury. U may require per urethral or supra pubic catheter. Management in these scenarios r different. Consult ur urologist or let me know the reports and detailed history.
