Could Hiv Spread Form Vaginal Fluid?

hi i am datin an hiv positive girl and we have been datin for a year nw bt now i have pimples on my pubic area so now when we had sex one pimple burst and sum viginal fluid touched the pimple and now im afraid that i may get hiv. Can i get hiv that way

Thank you for query.if the vaginal fluid has come in contact with the open wound or here pimple,as the fluid is infectious there are chances of transmission of HIV.You can go with the tests for HIV .also you can go for HIV post exposure prophylaxis within 3 days of exposure to be free from the fear of disease.Please consult doctor for further management.You can get back directly to me for any clarifications .Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist.
