Hi Doctor, I got married in Sep 2013 and I am trying for the baby from the very first month and till today no success. In Mar 2014 , I was asked by my brother , who is a surgeon , to get a simple siemen analysis done.I got it done and the report is attached.I was suggested by a Urologist to undertake the below course, each tablet twice daily. 1.Paternia 2.Fertomid 25 3. Carnitor I religiously took the medicine but no success in next 3 months.I again got the siemen analysis done in July 2014 and the report is attached.Urologist said it is close to normal report.I should consult gynocologist now.He advised to continue the medicine. On 2nd Aug , we met infertility specialist and her perscription is attached.She asked to wait until next mesuration period and get some tests of my wife done on 2nd day of mensuration and bring to her on third day where my siemen sample will again be collected and tested. The month too goes without success.We got the tests done and the report is attached.We visited doctor again on 27th Aug and her perscription is attached too.She said E2 is on high side in my wife , this may be the reason.She asked to take a 21 days course of ovral L.She said E2 will come under control after 21 days My siemen analysis was done there itself and the report is attached.Doctor told me over the phone that there is a problem with rapid progresion of your siemen.IUI wont succeed , IVF may help.She asked to repeat the test after 20 days to confirm. I want to know : 1.why IUI can t be successful in my case ? 2.Is E2 the cause behind us having no baby or the siemen ? 3.How successful can be IUI or IVF in my case ? Or we can have baby naturally ? 4. General siemen test at lal path lab doesn t give detail of motility with rapid and slow progression details.Only motility percentage is mentioned.Where can i get my siemen tested again to have rapid progression and slow progression details. My wife s periods are regular with 25 days cycle. Healthwise , I am a fit guy with 5-8 height and 77 kg weight .I do gyming and yoga too. In past , my first marriage broke in 2012 on the grounds of Impotency in me.However , It was proved wrong after the tests but I and my family had to face a lot of unnecessary humiliation.That was the reason we are trying for baby from very first month in my second marriage.I am sexually fit and never faced issues in intercourse
