Could Hand Tremor Be From Lung Meds And Is It Reversible?

My dad is 71 and has COPD and takes nebulizer treatments and multiple inhalers for it. He still smokes several cigs a day. He s very sedentary but does still work part time. I noticed his hands have begun to tremor when he tries to use fine motor skills. Could that just be from his lung meds and is it reversible?
