Could Dry,shiny Red Spot On Penis Head With Red Marks Around Be Due To Friction Scars?

I have a red spot on head of my penis, sometimes it's shiny, sometimes seems dry with white dead skin on it doesn't ever go completely away. After sex or masterbating gets shiny agin. Also same red like marks around lower rim. I used to masterbate up to 4 times a day when it first started. Now I don't masterbate as much but am still sexually active. Is this something I should be worried about. Doesn't hurt in anyway. Not itchy. Nothing. It's just there. I was thinking maybe friction scars but like I said been a while sense this started n doesn't go away

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Shiny and dry red spot on glans penis is unlikely to be due to any STD. It has no relation to your frequent masturbation also.
This could be due to some non-venereal skin conditions like genital Psoriasis or Lichen Planus. Nothing to worry.
Consult your Dermatologist and he/she will help you to get treated.
