Could Cold Sweats After Vaccination Be Harmful?

Hi, my 6month old got shots about 26 hrs ago. He got tired so I layer him down to nap, then he got a second wind and was playing in his bed... Then he got cranky so I checked him & he was soaked in sweat but cold... Is there anything I should be worried about from side effects from the shots?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. Usually any vaccine can cause fever and any fever when it is remitting can cause sweating.
