Could Chest Pain After Hot Shower Be Due To The Steam From The Shower?

Hello I have just had a relatively long hot shower (30 mins) and have a painful sensation in my chest. I am 16 years old and have no history of any chest or heart problems. I do have a mild asthma but that is about all. Could it just be the steam from the shower? As I do take pretty hot showers.
