Could Bruising On Hands And Fingers After Manual Work With PCT Test Inconclusive Be Due To Exposure To The Sun?

Hi I m a 50 year old female, who for the last 4 years have had bruising on my hands and now it is on my fingers. it seems that when i mow the lawn or do any manual work i get these bruises. I haveseen a dermotologist who thought it might be PCT but I havehad all the tests and ithas come back inconclusive. maybe it is from over exposure to the sun. It is no where else on my body. I have had blood tests as well and everything seems fine. Can you help please. Regards Karen
