Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Abdominal Cramps Along With Negative UPT?

hello,

please clear my doubt as i m very scared. my last period was on 10th May and until now i havent got my period. i had unprotected sex on 21st may but my husband ejaculated half outside. and i did pregnancy test 4 times and still negative. i m already 7 days late for my periods and having very mild cramps in between. my menstrual cycle is also regular only this time it jus dint happen. please advise.

Hello

It is important to exclude pregnancy as you had unprotected sex.
Urine pregnancy test may be negative in early days due to inadequate beta HCG hormone in urine.
I suggest for ultrasound of pelvis,it is most sensitive to detect G-sac(earliest sign of pregnancy).
You may need transvaginal sonography(TVS) as it is more sensitive than abdominal sonography.
