Cough, Sore Throat, Ear Ache, Heavy Chest, Dizziness, Occasional Stomach And Back Pain. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello, me and 2 other friends all have the same symptoms but don't know what we have can you give me some possible ideas? Our symptoms include: cough, sore throat, ear ache, chest feels heavy, feels like you can't breath occasionally even though you can, all of a sudden dizziness, occasional stomach pain, and occasion back pain. Thanks, for the help.

It is likely that you and your friends have viral upper respiratory
tract infections.
There is no specific treatment and treatment involves management
of symptoms. Paracetamol for pains, steroid to reduce inflammation,
intake of much fluid, and keep warm
Generally, if there is no super-infection with bacterial symptoms should
resolve within a week or so.
Super-infection with bacterial presents with high fever, pus expectoration
and nasal discharge etc.
