Continuous Wetness On Penile Tip With Weird Smell, No Advancement Even After Antibiotic Treatment For Bacterial Infection. Suggestion?

My boyfriend had suddenly realised that he has wettness on the tip of his penis and a weird smell, but he washes everyday and when wakes up in the morning it comes back, he s seen a doctor and the doctor said it was a bacteria infection and gave him some antibiotics yet he has finished the antibiotics and its still not gone.
