Continuous Headache Form Crown To Back Of Neck, Lower Back Pains On Putting The Head Down. Cause?

I ve been having headaches the past few days, from my crown down to the back of my neck I feel pressure. I have lower back pain also lately. Today I put my head down towards my chin and felt pain on the left lower side of my back. Every time I put my head down I can feel pain on my lower back as if Im pulling something sensation

Hello,
It seems from the history that you are having continuous headache on putting the head down. This can be because of sinus infection as in head down position the drainage of the sinus is affected leading to blockage of the sinus and pain.
Hence I advice you to consult ENT doctor once for examination and treatment accordingly.
