Constipation, acidity, fullness on taking small amount of food, do not feel feeling complete evacuation post bowel movements. Suggestion?

sir... i am suffering from stomach problem from 4 years, at the starting i was suffering from constipation ...then i went for a gaestroentrologist , he adviced me cintodac(cintropride+pantprozle ). i took it for 2 to 3 month after than when i stop it taking ... i start suffering from acidity... i feel heaviness after taking small food , also when i goto toilet for bowel evacution, i feel that im not completly evacuted.... i also become underweigted due to lack of apetite.. also i always feeling headche...., weakness, lazyness, not intersted to do any work... pleasesuggest me....

You have to do following things
1) Eat 1 cucumber and 1 tomato before 10 minute of lunch or dinner
2)Make chapaties along with WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
3)Drink 2 glass full luke warm water before going to bed.
4)Take ampachak vati 2times before food
5)Panchsakar churna 2 tsf with luke warm water before going to bed.
