Constant Tiredness, Lightheaded. Could This Have Anything To Do With My Lack Of Exercise?

Hi, I constantly wake up feeling tired and lightheaded yet I do not know what to do about it besides see my local doctor of course, it has been happening for some time now and it really affecting my time at home to complete such tasks as homework from school or just socializing. Could this have anything to do with my lack of exercise.

Consult your Dr and check your hemoglobin level and endocrine hormonal levels to rule out the cause.
Take nutritious foods.
Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices.
Do yoga asanas and pranayama to keep you energetic through out the day.
Avoid eating junk foods.
Take care.
