Constant Swollen Lips, Inflammed Cheeks On The Left Side Of Mouth. Diagnosed As Allergy. What Could It Be?

I am constantly getting swollen lips and inflamed cheeks on my left side of my mouth.
They said it is an allergic reaction to wheat and citrus. but even if i don't eat these things it still come up. it causes my face to swell, eyes to hurt.
you can actually feel like lump in the soft tissue.

what do you think This has been happening to me for months. i need to know what i should do as all the doctors i went to says it allergy and no one wants to see if its not something else.
i am concerned.

Hello,

From the details produced,i suspect your lips as well as cheeks are c/o aphthous stomatitis.

First of all,i advice you to maintain oral hygiene well.

Avoid spicy foods,tobacco or pan chewing and avoid foods causing allergy.

Apply topical steroid on the affected area.

Vitamin becosules and iron supplements has to be administered.

Plenty of nutritious food has to be ingested.
