Constant Itching On Wrists, Fingers, Tummy, Ankles, Red Bumps Flake Away When Scratched. Suggestions?

Hello, for a few weeks now I've noticed itching on my wrists and around my fingers, on my tummy and around my ankles. It's a constant itch, but only when i scratch do little red bumps appear that seem to flake away or scab. I thought it was dry skin but its beginning to spread to the back of my legs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
