Hi, Thank you for posting your query. First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are unlikely to be due to food poisoning, as about one month has passed. Most often, food poisoning occurs within hours or a few days after eating the infected food. The possibilities include migraine, and throat infection (pharyngitis). You can do a throat swab to confirm the diagnosis. A course of antibiotics may be required. In addition, taking analgesics such as diclofenac may be helpful. I hope it helps.
