Cold. Feeling Of Mucus In Throat, Shortness Of Breath, Chest Pain. Stool Is Loose And Dark. Are They Related?

I am 39 years old. Got sick two weeks ago due to a cold. However, I still have the feeling of mucus in my throat. When I cough, I have a slight shortness of breath and sometimes some chest pain; no wheezing. This started 5 days ago. I do not know if this also has a connection with what I'm experiencing right now, but I've noticed that the past couple of days that my stool is loose and dark (don't have diarrhea and not constipated though). Thank you!
