Clenched Jaw, Headache, Constricted Throat, Difficulty Breathing. Help

I've been chewing tabacco for about 5 years and smoked for about 7 I just quit chewing about a month ago and I think I have TMJ but I also think it could be worse my jaw is always clenched without me trying at all and It shifts when I open it wide I have terrible headaches behind my eyes and my throaght closes up sometimes and makes it impossible to breath my mom has TMJ and ik it's less likely in men so I was woundering if it's more serious then TMJ.

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suppose that you are having a habit of bruxism, this could result in problems like muscle spasm, toothache, jaw pain.
It is treated with an applaince called Night Guards.
I would suggest you to get a checkup done with an Orthodontist.

Hope this helps out,

Regards...
