Child Woke Up Screaming. Not Eating, Drinking Anything. Diaper Isn't Wet. What Could It Be?

My 10 month old son woke up screaming lastnight. i tried feeding him but he wasnt hungry. i changed his diaper even though it wasnt wet. I tried everything. He wouldnt stop crying. he woke up at 1:30 am. I even took him for a walk. he stopped for a little bit. he was hot and he screamed like someone had hurt him. I finally got him back to sleep at 4:30 am. he woke back up at 7 am. acting the same way. He hasnt stopped. and he wont eat. he is barely drinking anything. What is wrong? and what should I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having infantile colic or fever making him upset.
Give him anti spasmodic syrup or paracetamol syrup.
If problem persisted, consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
