Child With Vomiting, Tiredness, Fever Low Appetite. Had Bruises On Forehead And Leg Post Fall. Is It Due To Injury?

My two years old wasn t eat much the past twodays and todays she throw up. Her vomit stunk very bad. She is now sleep. She seem very tired and have some fever . Two days agoes the little boy push her. She felt down four steps. It was very dark that night. I found she got some scratch on her forehead and some bruised on her right leg. Could this bebecause of the falling?

It could be because of the fall. However, we cannot neglect it.

Though the symptoms are not very serious, I would suggest you to take her to the pediatrician as early as possible. Get her examined, look for signs of intracranial damage.
