Child With Fever, Cough, Runny Nose With A White Coating On Tongue
My 3 year old has had a feet of 100-102 for 4 days. He also has a cough and runny nose. Today I noticed his tongue looks to be coated white. I haven t been too concerned because I assumed it was a virus and needed to run its course. Should I be more concerned?

helo thanks for consulting at hcm.plz clean his tongue with soft brush,, it could be oral thrush--fungal infection. plz consult a oral medicine/oral surgeon specialist for a prescription f topical antifungals solution,, give medicines for his fever, cough and running nose.. hope it hleps..tc
