Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Your child is showing some features of dehydration like drowsiness etc.

When did she last pass urine?
Are her eyes sunken?
Is there increased thirst?

From your description she appears to be having some dehydration.
Start giving her ORS or some form of fluid with salt and sugar.
She requires to be examined by your doctor who may start her on IV fluids or continue with ORS

Hope this helps.
Take care .
