Child Having Twitching In The Arm. Normal Body Temperature. Should I Be Worried?

My 3-year-old son just woke up crying for me and when I asked what was wrong he held up his arm and it started twitching uncontrollably. His entire body followed suit for 5-6 minutes before it eased off. He calmed down and was even able to start drifting back to sleep in the middle of the twitching. His body temp is 98.7 and he is definitely not cold . Should I be concerned about this?

Pediatrician 's  Response
If it was a one-off occurence, you can ignore it as it maybe due to nerve press because of some wrong posture but if it occurs repeatedly, you need to get his Serum Calcium, phosphorus and Magnesium levels done first to look for any deficiency. Thanks.
