Child Having Hole In Heart 3.4mm. Whether Hole Will Be Closed By Itself?

sir my daughter is having hole in the heart 3.4mm in size.she is 4 yrs old i want to know whether hole will be closed by itsself or no? And also i want to know about the teeth of my daughter.because doc told me to take care of her teeth. i want to know the side effect of it.

Most of the time thr hole in the heart can close on its own depending on the position of it. Also important to get the child seeing a cardiologist regularly. The reason to keep the teeth clean is to prevent a complication called bacterial endocarditis. Keep the child healthy with good diet and regular follow up. If dhe gets unexplained fever better get Paediatric assessment
