Child Having Constant Stomachache. Occassional Vomitting. Developed Fever. All Tests Normal. Reason For Stomachache?

my 10 year old girl for the past 2 years shes all ways in pain in her tummy. some vometing at times , but the last 2 days the tummy as been bed but she now developed a fever of 39.2C tooker to the docter he das not know what it is. the past 2 years she as done mri , xry and lots of other test and docters cant find anything wrong , but shes never had fever with her tummy ,
