Child Has Itchy Scalp Leading To Pain. Has Head Fungal Infection, Has Lice On Medicine. What To Do?

Hi my 5 years old daughter has fungal infection in her head, I m giving her a medicine but the meanwhile she has head lice too I don't know what can I do because when she itchy she scratch too much and she start pain , cn u help me please what can I do?? Can I use anti lice shampoo or what else?? But she even don't allow me to touch her hair or brush her hair because of pain. Thank you
