Child has fever, white tongue with red spots, pain while swallowing. What is it?

My 5 year old daughter complained of a headache about 8am yesterday morning i gave her tylenol . About 130 yesterday after she spiked a 104 fever with no pain. Finally during the night her fever broke this morning i noticed her tongue was white with red spots and i asked her if her throat hurt and she said only when she swallows. What do you think it is?
