Child Has Fever, White Tongue With Red Spots, Pain While Swallowing. What Is It?

My 5 year old daughter complained of a headache about 8am yesterday morning i gave her tylenol . About 130 yesterday after she spiked a 104 fever with no pain. Finally during the night her fever broke this morning i noticed her tongue was white with red spots and i asked her if her throat hurt and she said only when she swallows. What do you think it is?

oropharyngitis
vincent angina
aphthous ulcer
infectious mononucleosis
get scrap of lesion
take care or mouth by local anstseptic gorgle
antiobiotic after scrap report
