Hi Regina.Hope you are doing well.Firstly all health regularities are essential as we keep aging day by day and to maintain our health should be one of the top priorities to lead a successful & disease free life.I would suggest you to read about the benefits of any of the health regularities like exercise, dietary modifications etc before practicing or trying to inculcate in your routine. This will not only enlighten you on the uses but also creates an interest and to follow them in an appropriate fashion.Hope this boosts you to keep in touch with them for a long time.Make friends or tell your friends about what you know and share them.Hope this helps.
