Child does not like regular food, hates attending school and feels nausea due to continuous prompting from teacher. Suggestion?

Hello Doctor, My kid does not like normal food (chapati, parantha etc) in his tiffin in the school. We daily give him watever he likes for tiffin, but when he even thinks of anything else being supplied in his tiffin, he starts spitting and feels nausea , sometimes he vomits too. Due to the same problem being persistant for some time and his teacher prompting him again and again for food habbits, he has developed fear in his mind for that teacher and he does not like attending school. The day he has to attend the school, he has noseastic feeling in the morning and sometimes vomits too. When he does not go to school, he is almost fine. Please suggest, what should we do.
