Child. Identical Moles On Each Testicle. No Abnormal Changes. Concerning?

My son has identical moles on his testicles, he has one on each testicle, in more or less the same place as each, it looks rather strange. He is only 8 year old, I have never noticed them before, but he has only been living with me for the past 2 months. I know moles on testicles are normal unless they are obvious abnormal changes, however these moles are uncannily symmetrical. Any thoughts? Thanks

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Moles can appear any time of life because of migration of melanocytes from the deeper layers into superficial layers of the skin.
Presence of moles on symmetrical areas of scrotum is not a concerning thing.
But you observe for any changes like increase in size, change of color, ulceration, bleeding or hardening and if you find any consult the pediatrician.
You can show them to his pediatrician in next well child visit and you can discuss your concerns.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
