I am not an Ayurveda doctor. Therefore I am not expert enough to say anything about the scope of Ayurveda. But I am a Homoeopath and have sufficient reasons to answer your query in alternate medicine category.
First of all let me say that you can very well wait for some time and his eye problem will be corrected shortly because in many cases such intermittent squint at this age is found to be corrected within another short period.
In the mean time, I have to remind you that your daughter will have some similar abnormal functions in her body and abnormal expressions in her mind. Together they show some abnormal functions which we call in Homoeopathy Syco- syphilitic miasmatic expression. This has to be cured miasmaticlly. Miasms are, according to Homoeopathy, fundamental causes that make similar problems in the constitution. Once this is corrected with the similimum, the individualistic curative remedy of Homoeopathy, not only his eye problem, but all his physical and mental problems now and in future will be cured .
Therefore my advice to you is to approach an expert Homoeopathic physician also in the mean time.
** 1. because she has no problem with vision thus possibly of non paralytic type. 2. squint in children improve or reduces on its own, and because it is a kind of refractive error thus wearing glasses can correct the problem to some extent. 3. constant observation and Reviewing her periodically will decide the outcome. 4. In the mean time start with saptamrit lauha, trifla ghrita and tratak karma after consulting with an Ayurveda Physician in/near your town.
