Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
When every tests are normal two possibilities are there.
Hyper acidity ( gastritis or overeating),
Anemia,
Exertion doe long standing.
As you mentioned that blood pressure was low.
Actually any one who got dizziness , his blood pressure will come down , this is a natural process and called as defense procedure of body ( as blood rushes to heart and brain as these two are vital organs for life).
Good luck.

Hi,
the seqence of symptoms you describe suggest a seizure. Though pre seizure symptoms are similar to heart signs -you say all the investigations including ECG were normal.
- The way the episode occured suggest -'? begining of epilepsy.' The following palpitation, vomitting weakness many atimes are common in such cases.
- I would suggest EEG done to rule out /confirm possibility of epilepsy./other causes of fainting .
- if diagnosed, usual prescription is anticonvulsent like clonazopams,Sodium valporate, acid . depending on dignosis, consulted Neurophysician would decide the T/t plan.
Epilepsy is no more a diease to be feared of, in these era of modern medicine. pl. don't worry. only thing is-
- he has to be regular in taking medicines & follow ups
- the treatment is a long one.(minimum for 5 years) so, to continue inspite of disappearing symptoms& acheive 5years seizure free years is important.
- avoid tensions, excessive exertion, fasting, risky actions like driving, being near fire- is to be avoided.
with few life style changes, patient can lead a normal/successful life.
Please be careful to be care free.
Thanks.

Hi,
TMT,2D ,HUTT,are normal is sufficient enough to rule out any serious heart problem except cardiac arrhythmias , as it can cause rapid heart rate, fall in BP , black out and light headness, fatigue (however doesnt explain tingling) and many times they do terminate spontaneously , so by the time you do ECG , it has disappeared and hence you have normal ECG,. To rule out it you can get Holter 24 hrs monitoring or loop recorder if available.
If holter also is normal then you should think in direction of possible neurologic problem , consulting neurologist will be helpful in this regard.

hope this helps.
