Welcome to HCM.I suggest you request your doctor for a 24 hour Holter ECG monitoring, this will reveal any cardiac arrhythmias or palpitations.THe feeling of uneasiness can be due to a variety of factors including anxiety and stress/systemic disease or its prodomal symptoms/hypothyroidism and other diseases.A check up by your doctor and investigations based on the physical findings may reveal any underlying disease process.
