Chest Pain, Burn-like Appearance. Cause?
Very painful pricking like pains in the chest area, in front and back. The pain moves around but has been mostly on the left side of the front and back chest area. It all started with front upper chest area inflamed and a burn like appearance and very painful. I hope this gives enough information to furmulate possibilities of what might cause this pain.

there are two possibilities one is gastritis pain radiating to back, other one is ischemic heart disease. kindly get ECG done, and take antacids. if it is very chronic even get USG abdomen done.
