Chest Pain, Back Pain And Pain In Shoulder Blade. What Could Be The Reason?

I am having chest pains on my left side and my back hurts on the left and a little in the middle at the top across from my shoulder blade.I have to take deep breaths to get a little relief. When I rub my chest a little it helps for a minute or to then starts back to hurting again. What does this mean? Sorry dont have the funds to pay now, and know insurance to use. So i have to wait with my question till I can get some money. Thanks for your time

Hi
What is the character of chest pain and when you get it?Is it constant? If you are getting on excertion or stress and present radiation to shoulder and back you have to exclude a cardiac cause by doing a ECG. Gastritis also have to be ruled out. Costochondritis and cervical spondylosis also can cause it.So that should also be ruled out by doing a cervical spine x ray. After all this only your treatment can be started.
Hope this may help you.
thanks
