Chest Pain. Heart, Stomach, Bones In Good Condition. Arthritis Negative. On Pill. Suggestion?

I have had chest pain for four years going on five. I have had my heart looked at and it is fine. I've had my lungs, stomach and bones looked at and all are fine. I've been tested for arthritis and the tests came back negative. The only thing that hasn't been tested are muscles and nerves. I am currently on a pill for my nerves hoping it would help but it hasn't so far. The pain isn't as frequent but it is still there and hurts the same. The chest pain is around my sternum and occasionally will branch into my ribs below my breasts.

hello dear,
thanks for your query at HCM,
you have examined all systems and ruled out most of the problems , chest apin might be due to Costochondritis or myalgia.
costochonditis is problem with attachemnt of ribs with sternum ,and myalgia is pain because of the muscles.
use tab combiflam with tab pantoprazole daily two times that will relieve your problems .
