Chest And Stomach Swelling, Muscle Stiffness. Right Upper Lobectomy Done. Symptoms Due To Surgery?

Hi I had a Lobectomy (RightUpperLobectomy) in February 2012. My chest and stomach feel swollen and irratated. Would this still be affected by the surgery. I did not need any other treatment and I am currently being monitored for the next 5 yrs. I also feel very stiff first thing in the morning, it takes me a while to feel no pain. I walk about 4 -6 km everyday. I am not taking any meds except some regular pain meds occassionly. Could what I m feeling still be from the surgery.

yes tee is sharing of nerves between the organs and after lobectomy the nerves are also out which gives refered symptomps in other shared organs with nerves
