Chair Thrown Forcibly And Left Arm Was Hit. Had A Massive Bruise. Arm Is Throbbing And Tight. Should I Be Concerned?
Hi, on september 18th i had a chair thrown forceable at me and it hit my left arm. I had a massive bruise and a big lump up untill last week but the lump even though its shrunk it is still there and my arm has been throbing and felt tight. I have been busy so have not seeked medical advice. Do u think this is a concern or is this normal.

From history it seems that you might be having some soft tissue injury and hematoma producing this symptom.
Apply ice pack for few days.
Take one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course as there might be having chance of some infection.
