Cause For The Weight Gain Continuously?

I have multiple myeloma. It was treated with IVs of dexamethasone and velcade and revlimid and I am much better. I take revlimid two weeks a month only now. But every month I gain two pounds! I thought for sure I would lose weight this month, but I just went to the dr and I had gained another two pounds. This is freaking me out. Could revlimid have anything to do with it or do I need to go on a starvation diet or something?
