Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain it seems that the raw spot on the back of the tongue can be due to inflamed circumvallate papillae that contains taste buds and the small spots over tongue are also inflamed papillae..
The white coating over the tongue is most commonly due to fungal infection known as Thrush and due to infection there is inflammation of tongue along with inflamed papillae that contains taste buds..

Nothing to worry consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and in case of thrush antifungal medication will relieve..
The Physician can advise you to do Nystation mouthwash gargles and suck on Clotrimazole candies..
Eat more of probiotics like Yoghurt for faster clearing of fungus..
Drink plenty of water..
Do warm saline gargles and take ant-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen for reducing inflammation of the taste buds and resolving the swelling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
