Can Weak Erections Lead To Premature Ejaculation?

Hi, I m 23 years old and I have been masturbating daily for 8 years. I now have weak erections that go away unless I stroke my penis. I tried to stop masturbating recently, but I got pain in testicles and got semen discharge after urination. I am also afraid I have premature ejaculation. I am now willing to get married and need your advice.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
premature ejaculation without marriage is difficult to diagnose. as in sex timing is not important but satisfaction of both is very important. if you do sex for more than 5 min still your wife is not satisfy it is not calling premature ejaculation and same way if you ejaculate with in 2 min and your wife satisfied it is also not the same.
so in sex first do foreplay minimum for 20 min then sex and after play.
some times testicle pain occurs secondary to engorgement of semen and if not ejaculate it leads to pain.
not to worry about it.
consult psychiatrist if any doubt.
