General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What symptoms you have experienced could be due to hypoglycemia caused due to intake of insulin. Hypoglycemia is decrease in blood glucose levels below normal. It might have happened due to overdose of insulin or improper intake of food.
It is advisable for you to get your blood glucose levels tested and consult your physician for alteration in the dose of insulin, if necessary.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
