Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, Children with thyroxine overdose may have symptoms like fever, flushing, palpitations, increased sweating, tremors, irritability, increased bowel movements and convulsions.
Since, your child doesn't have this symptoms you should not worry, but i suggest you to keep a watch for 24 hr and if you think that any of the above symptoms is present then immediately rush to emergency and admit the child.
There are no long term complications.

Hope this has helped you.
If you have any more questions, i will be happy to help you.
